Ways to Hydrate That Aren’t Water #shorts

How much water are you drinking in a day? How much water you should aim to drink daily depends on a lot of things: your age, how frequently you exercise, the climate you live in, your gender, your weight, and more!

A good tell if you're hydrated and drinking enough water everyday is if your urine is a pale yellow color.

By choosing fruits & veggies with high water content you may find it easier to stay properly hydrated throughout the day.

Here are some of my favorite hydrating foods & beverages:

💦 Berries - strawberries are approximately 91% water,

💦Gut Radiance Lemon Sips - This is my absolute favorite way to upgrade a glass of H2O! Refreshing, revitalizing, and rehydrating!

💦 Salads - Cucumbers are approximately 95% water, Oranges are 88% water and packed with Vitamin C!

💦Green Tea - not only is this tea hydrating, it has antioxidants that may help flush toxins out of your body.

💦 Bone Broth - 92% water, 16 grams of protein, and less than 1 gram of carbs. I mean, is there any reason not to have one cup a day?

💦 Watermelon - Not only is it incredibly hydrating, but it's also very low in calories. One cup of watermelon is only 46 calories and 92% water
