Well if you’re looking for some new veggies to try, I have a list for you! Here are my 5 underrated vegetables I incorporate into my diet:
π Asparagus - contains a prebiotic fiber called inulin, to help feed the good bacteria in your gut
π Leeks - are another great prebiotic fiber!
π Snap Peas - are a veggie high in Vitamin C which is important for collagen synthesis
π Beets - Beets - this vibrant root vegetable can be used in so many different ways. 1 cups provides you with almost 8 grams of fiber.
π Collard Greens - in one cup of collard greens there are 6 grams of fiber, 4 grams of protein, and 25% of your daily dose of calcium. They’re actually one of the best plant sources of calcium which play a key role in bone health!
