This video is about how to make aromatherapy shower steamers at home with just a few ingredients.
First, wear some protective gloves.
Mix in a bowl:
- 1 cup baking soda (run it through a food strainer to only work with fine powder)
- 1/2 cup of citric acid
- 100 drops of your favorite aromatherapy essential oil
- You may add a couple of drops of food coloring if you want a pop of color
- Add a minimal amount of witch hazel to your hands and mix it in until you can form a ball with your mix. The ball should firmly stick together like a snowball.
- Pack your shower steamer molds and let them dry overnight
Store it in a sealed glass jar to preserve its warm and enchanting scents.
