This realistic what I eat in a day will show you what I ate today as well as easy healthy meals for 2022. Well Nourished: you: Well Podcast

Apple: (makes one large or two small)

- 3 tbsp protein powder (can use more almond flour but decreases protein)

- 1/4 cup almond flour

- 1 egg

- 1/3 cup dairy free yogurt

- 1 ts vanilla

- 1 tsp baking powder

Spinach feta burgers: Fried Rice:

- 1 tbsp avocado oil

- 1 package chicken breasts (about 3/4 pound)

- 3 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari

- 1 tbsp grass fed butter

- Fresh lemon

- 3 cups cauliflower rice (plain or asian style like I had)

- 2 eggs
