Apple: Smoothie: 1 cup almond milk

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

- 2 tbsp hemphearts

- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Lion’a mane crab cakes

- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup almond flour

- 1/4 tsp ground mustard

- 1 heaping tbsp mayo

- 1 1/2 cups mushroom “meat”

Stir fry

- 1 package gross fed ground beef

- 2 small heads broccoli

- 1 cup coleslaw mix

Sauce:

3 tbsp coconut aminos

1/4 cup water

1 tbsp arrowroot starch

2 tbsp tahini

1/4 tsp ground ginger

Serve with cauliflower rice
