1 package Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu

1/2 cup almond flour

2 tbsp tapioca flour

1/8 tsp garlic salt

1 flax egg

1 cup tomato sauce or more if you like it saucy

Vegan cheese

Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes

Tofu pad thai

For sauce:

3 tbsp rice wine vinegar

2 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp water

¼ cup peanut butter

2 tbsp fish sauce

1 spaghetti squash (medium)

1 package Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu

½ onion

2 cloves garlic

1 carrot

½ cup red pepper

lime to garnish

Tofu Sesame Cups

1 package Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu

1 tsp tapioca flour

2 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tbsp sesame oil

¼ tsp ginger

2 cloves garlic

green onion to top

lettuce for cups
