Here are the BEST 6 bodyweight exercises to do in place of the Abductor and Adductor machines. I'll show you how to add dumbbells to them as well if you want more challenge.

Instead of just showing you the moves, I created a workout out of them. We can do a full thigh toning session to tighten up your inner and outer thighs.
