7 Minute Dynamic Stretch to Warm Up, Cool Down or Relieve Tight Muscles | LiveLeanTV

This 7 minute dynamic stretching flow can be used as a warm up, as a cool down, or anytime you need a break, or if your body feels stiff, tight or sore. Use on an off-day or before & after workouts.

These are some of my all time favorite stretches. You'll feel so good and open and relaxed.

No equipment needed, just a bit of space and a floor mat if you want. All stretches are done standing.

1: Standing Reach Up + Forward Fold

2: Sumo Squat + Twists

3: Samurai Side to Side Lunges

4: Crescent Lunge

5: Deep Squat + Airplane Arms + Hamstring Stretch

6: Standing Shoulder Stretch

7: Standing Tricep & Side Stretch

Repeat each stretch sequence twice on each side. Focus on lengthening your muscles and breathing.
