This is an upload on DAY 1 REGIMEN IN PALEOLITHIC DIET especially for vegetarians.

BREAKFAST :

* GREEN SOUP :-

Saute any bariety of spinach in ghee with onion & garlic,

Grind another variety of spinach with water,

Now add it to the sautéed spinach &

Add coconut, lemon, coriander leaves

Allow it to boil and add salt after switching off the flame.

* ROASTED ALMONDS :-

Saute soaked almonds in ghee with salt & pepper.

LUNCH :

* KOOTU - Boil any vegetable of your choise,

Grind coconut, green chili, jeera as

Paste and add it to the boiling

Veggie.

* AMLA RAITHA - Grind amla, chilli, coconut,

Ginger and add it to curd.

*FRESH CUCUMBERS SALAD

*OIL FREE INSTANT PICKLES - Cut amla,

Ginger, green

Chillies add

Salt, lemon a

Little oil.

DINNER :

* FARM HOUSE SABZI - saute mushrooms,

Paneer, onion,

Capsicum, tomato,

By adding salt, chilli

Powder, coriander

Powder.

*BOTTLE GUARD RICE - Add coconut oil in a

Pan and add grated

Bottle guard, coconut

Coriander leaves and

Saute well till water

Evaporates.
