This video is all about the weight loss paleo diet series day 13 routine .

👉 Morning breakfast : Flax seed Coconut milk

👉 Afternoon lunch : chow poriyal , drumstick egg poriyal

👉 Evening snack : Butter toasted watermelon seeds

👉 Night dinner : Mutton Soup

I am starting with my initial weight 66.7kg..... Let me follow the diet regularly and update you my routine regularly on every alternative days.... Because following diet and making video holds lots of work.... So I decided to add my videos on every alternative days... I have planned to reveal my weight status frequently... In 4 days I have reduced around 400gms...💪 In 11 days I have reduced weight almost 1.3 kg....now currently my weight is 65.6 kg..

Hopefully I will reduce on upcoming days🤞… Let's c together on 30th day.... How much weight I have reduced from this series... With full hope 💪💪…

INTRO

INTRO PART is completely based on my own experience and I am sharing this with you all, because I got benefited from paleo diet.... Honestly I was overweight, years ago.... I literally want to reduce my weight to look good.... So I got some suggestions from doctor to go with paleo diet for better weight reduction.. I started to follow these procedures ... Initially its hard to follow this food routine .... But I saw many stories that many people reduced weight from paleo.... I got some confidence and followed it regularly.... And I reduced around 10kgs.... I really happy that I reduced my weight and back to good look....i just added my diet chart below👇... Which doctor suggested for me.
