Summer Recipes: Grilled Fruit w/ Gut-Friendly Caramel Sauce #shorts

Forget bringing a traditional fruit platter to a barbecue this Summer and opt for grilled fruit instead! Grilled fruit can be served as a dessert, a delicious side dish, or even an appetizer.

This Gooey Grilled Fruit with Coconut & Pecans is one of my favorite desserts for the Summer. It’s light, refreshing, and pairs well with my homemade caramel sauce. While grilled fruit is something you can enjoy every day, the caramel sauce is an occasional treat that it can be paired with for special occasions or as part of your 20%!

Here’s what you’ll need:

🍑 Assorted Fruits (Pineapple, Peaches, Nectarines, Apricots, Plums, Pears)

🥥 ¾ Cup Toasted Coconut Chips

🌰 ½ Cup Toasted Pecans

✨ 1-2 tbsp Coconut Oil

For the Caramel Sauce:

🥥 1 Cup Coconut Sugar

🧈 4 tbsp Ghee

🥛 ½ Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk

✨ Pinch of Salt

🤎 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
