Apple: protein French toast
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3 slices gf, high fibre bread
- Sprinkle cinnamon
- Strawberries
Chicken breast cooked at 200C for 12 minutes in air fryer
Chile lime sweet potatoes
3 small sweet potatoes
Juice 1/2 lime
Chili powder
Salt
Garlic powder
400F 35 minutes
Broccoli seasoned with garlic powder 400F 20 minutes
Lamb meatballs
- 1lb lamb
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
Air fry 200C 13 minutes
