Your body is approximately 60% water. Throughout the day we lose water, from going to the bathroom, sweating, and even breathing! In order to prevent dehydration, it’s recommended that women drink 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of water & men consume 15.5 cups (3.7 liters), which is probably more than you thought!
Drinking water by itself is great - but let’s do better!
A better option is adding lemons or lemon juice to your water for a boost of Vitamin C and to help promote digestion! Juice from one lemon provides about 25% of your recommended daily dose of Vitamin
C. Plus, Vitamin C is needed for the synthesis and maintenance of
collagen.
However, in my opinion, the BEST option is adding a scoop of Lemon Sips to your water 🍋 Not only is this going to quench your thirst and keep you hydrated, it contains an ingredient proven to shrink your fat cells!
