Some days you just crave a lettuceless salad. 🥗 Instead of lettuce, this salad uses broccoli as the base for an added boost of vitamins and minerals.

It’s also topped with blueberries for an antioxidant boost, onions as a prebiotic, and pumpkin seeds for that extra crunch and magnesium. But the best part? It’s topped with my light, refreshing, gut-friendly poppyseed dressing!
