And gluten free. This realistic what I eat in a day will show you what I ate today as well as easy healthy meals for 2023. Healthier you: Well Podcast

Apple:

- Air fry turkey burgers 8 mins at 200C

Banana Muffins: 3/4 cup almond flour

- 3/4 cup nut butter

- 2 scoops @nuzest protein powder

- 1/3 cup + 3 tbsp egg whites

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 3 large bananas ripened

- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or monk fruit if keto

- Chocolate chips is desired.

Blend everything but chocolate chips in a blender. Scoop out into greased muffin tray. Bake at 350F 22 minutes. Allow to cool.

Makes 12 muffins

Dinner:

Enchilada sauce:

- 1/2 cup tomato sauce

- 3 tbsp tomato paste

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 2 cloves garlic

- 1/2 tsp Chile power

- 1/2 tsp cumin

- 2 large chicken breasts (about 500g)

- 1 onion

- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 tsp cumin

- 1/2 tsp oregano

- 1/3 cup tomato sauce

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Vegan cheese for topping

Bake at 400F for 25 minutes
