Well Nourished: you: Well Podcast

Apple: for lunch:

¼ cup tamari or coconut aminos

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp balsamic

1 tsp ginger.

Airfry at 200C for 14 minutes

Bake potatoes 400F for 30 minutes, add chicken and broccoli half way through

White chocolate macadamia nut cookies: I simply added white chocolate and macadamia nuts instead
