Healthier you: Well Podcast
Apple: eggs 400F for 23 minutes
1 egg
3/4 cup egg whites
Sundreid tompoes
Spinach
1 oz vegan feta
Lunch:
Cauliflower rice
Asian bbq ground chicken:
450g ground chicken
2 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp red curry paste
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground garlic
1/2 cup basil leaves
Carrot muffins:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup nut butter
- 2 scoops nuzest protein powder
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 large bananas ripened
- 3/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- I tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or monk fruit if keto
Optional glaze:
Powered monk fruit with a touch of nut milk until desired consistency
Blend everything but carrot in a blender, fold in carrot. Scoop out into greased muffin tray. Bake at 350F 24 minutes. Allow to cool.
Makes 12 muffins
Dinner:
Shawarma chicken: broccoli 400F 20 mins.
Crispy potatoes.
Boil potatoes 8 minutes in water with 1/2 tsp baking soda
Roast at 400F for 40 minutes with garlic powder and salt, tossing half way through
