Apple: Yogurt bowl

1/2 cup dairy free yogurt.

1 tbsp almond butter.

1/4 tsp pumpkin spice.

1/4 tsp vanilla extract.

1/2 cup pumpkin puree.

1 scoop protein powder (I like nuzest)

Sweet potato cauliflower gnocchi

- 1/2 head cauliflower

- 1 sweet potato

- 1 cup cassava flour

- 1/2 cup potato starch

- 1/2 tsp salt
