Apple: Apple Porridge
- 1 apple
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
porridge:
-3/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 scoops protein powder
1 scoop collagen (optional)
Cinnamon to taste
Coconut chicken curry
- 1 pepper
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup copped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup cauliflower or broccoli (or any other veg)
Serve with cauliflower rice
Spaghetti squash bake
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 jar raos tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 package ground turkey
- Vegan parm (optional)
Bake 400F 25 mins
