Apple:
* 1 cup paleo flour, I use @bobsredmill
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 2 Eggs
* 1/2 cup nut milk
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
* 2 tsp maple syrup (or monk fruit if needed)
* 1/2 tsp vanilla
Salmon bowl:
For the salmon:
6oz wild caught salmon
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Ginger powder and garlic powder to taste.
Cut salmon into pieces and add in marinade (try to marinate for 30 minutes for extra flavour). Preheat oven to 400F. Cook salmon for 6-7 minutes. Then broil for 1 minute.
I served with cauliflower rice, half an avocado, cucumber. Then topped with sesame seeds and green onion.
I made a quick spicy mayo with @chosenfoods mayo (it’s clean) (1 tbsp, and then 1 tsp chill sauce).
Caesar dressing:
* 1/2 cup hemphearts
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1/8 tsp himalayan salt
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 lemon juices
* pepper to taste
Chicken Nuggets:
- 450g ground chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- (Can also use your own spices)
For dredge:
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour or starch
- Spices of choice
Bake 400F for 10 mins, flip, bake another 10.
