Twix bars

Crust:

- 1 cup almond flour

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1 tbsp coconut oil

- 1 tbsp maple syrup

Caramel:

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup almond butter

Pinch salt

Melted chocolate on top

Freeze 30 minutes with caramel layer, then pour chocolate on top, freeze another hour. Slice and enjoy!

Crisp:

- 3 tbsp almond flour.

- 1 tbsp tapioca flour

- 2 tbsp slivered almonds

- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil (or grass fed butter)

- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Fruit:

- 1 cup sliced strawberries (I like to use organic)

- 1/2 cup chopped rhubarb

- Juice 1/2 lemon

- 2 tsp tapioca flour.

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix fruit filling together first and add to baking dish. Assemble crisp and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let rest 15 mins before serving.

Brownie Batter

- 1/2 cup almond flour

- 1 tbsp cacao powder

- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- 1 tbsp coconut oil

- 1 tsp vanilla

- Handful chocolate chips
