Well Nourished: you: Well Podcast

Apple: Toast

- Violin cream cheese

- Gf sourdough

Taco bowls:

- 1/2 cup white onion

- 1/2 red pepper

- 1lb or about 450g ground turkey or ground beef

- 2 tbsp tomato paste

- 200g mushrooms

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

- Or siete too mix which is easy

Serve with cauliflower rice, avocado, tomatoes.

Cauliflower:

400g cauliflower or about half a head

2 tbsp coconut aminos

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Roast 400F 30 minutes.

Yogurt bowl

- 1/2 cup yogurt

- 2 scoops collagen

- 1 tbsp peanut butter

- Topped with chocolate gems from hu kitchen and raspberries
