Protein yogurt bowl:

- 3/4 cup yogurt

- 1/2 scoop protein powder (I like vanilla)

- 1 tbsp nut butter

- 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Macadamia nut cookies

- 1 tbsp almond butter

- 3/4 cup of almond flour

- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or monk fruit

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 2 tbsp tapioca flour

- 3/4 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts

- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup coconut oil

- 1/4 cup dairy free white chocolate chips.

Bake at 350F for 10-11 mins

Salmon: bakes at 400F for 15 minutes

Cauliflower: seasoned with turmeric, cumin, garlic powder, roasted 400F 30 minutes
