Hey everyone! In todays video I'm showing you some healthy breakfast recipes that are also healthy breakfast ideas. These healthy breakfast recipes for weight loss are great if you are looking for easy healthy breakfasts. All of these are quick healthy breakfasts and the perfect recipe for 2022. All of these healthy recipes are gluten free recipes and gluten free breakfast ideas too. While also being meal prep breakfasts and meal prep friendly too. Egg white asparagus frittata
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups egg whites
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 10 spears asparagus
- 2 turkey sausage (optional)
Bake in oven 350F for 25 mins
Pancakes
4 eggs
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp maple syrup
35 grams coconut flour (about 1/4 cup)
2 tbsp arrowroot starch or tapioca
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Apple seedy porridge
- 1/2 apple
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
