- almond pulp from one round of almond milk (or any other nut pulp)

- 1/2 cup coconut sugar

- 1/2 cup nut butter

- 1/4 cup coconut flour

Bake 350F for 12 minutes or until golden underneath

Thai Basil Chicken

- 6 chicken thighs

- cauliflower rice or rice of choice

- 1/4 cup thai basil

- sprinkle sesame seeds to top

- 2 cups broccoli

sauce:

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 2 tbsp coconut aminos

- juice 1/2 lime

- 1 tbsp tahini

- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

- 1 tsp maple syrup
