Cauliflower Nachos

- 2 cups cauliflower florets

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp cumin

- 1/4 tsp paprika

- 1/4 tsp salt

Roast cauliflower for 20 mins at 425F

add meat and cheese and roast another 6-7 mins

Toppings:

- 1/4 cup dairy free cheese

- 1/4 cup tomato

- 2 tbsp red onion

- 2 tbsp cilantro

- 1/2 avocado

ground meat:

- 1/2 lb grass fed ground meat

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp cumin

- 1/4 tsp paprika

- 1/4 tsp salt

lime crema:

- 3 tbsp dairy free yogurt

- juice 1/2 lime
