15 Alternatives to Burpees

Whenever I’m strapped for time and equipment and still need a solid workout, I turn to the burpee. Burpees require no equipment or weights, they engage every muscle group, and they require only as much space as you need to do a pushup.

While burpees are great for all the reasons I listed above, sometimes, burpees get old. Sometimes the last thing you want to do is another regular-old burpee, but you still like the training effect they offer.
