Follow Along with me for 21 minutes of Low Impact, Knee-Friendly Booty work. All moves will be done on the clock working for 40 seconds, resting 20 seconds. We will complete a circuit of 7 exercises for 3 rounds. Equipment is optional (bands or db's). I'll show you how to add Mini Loop Resistance Bands in round 2, and how to add Dumbbells in round 3.
