Paleo diet 15th day recipes.

Morning: 2 spoon coconut oil (MT stomach), Then after 30 minutes 300ml light hot water with lemon juice& salt.

Breakfast: 3 egg omelette ( one person).

Lunch: Coliflower curry, white pumkin& carrot curry:

Califlowet curry: califlower, Tomato, ginger & garlic past, Turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, curry leaf.

Pumkin curry: pumkin (White), carrot, coconut, courd, green chilli, curry leaf, cumin seeds, coconut oil.

Dinner: kuil Thandoori: kuil 4( 2 person), Ginger& Garlic past, Turmeric, Garam masala ,chilli powder, lemon juice, 1 egg.
