Fish fry

Marinate fish with 8 dry red chilly soakedin water cut into pieces then along with that add 4 garlic then add 4small onion then add curry leaves a bunch then add ginger 1inch then add turmeric powder then add thaniya seeds then add organic salt then add 1sp lime juice then add organic coconut oil finely paste all togther then overnight marinate and fry with 1tsp of cold press coconut oil.Now ur delicious fish fry will get ready to eat.

Ginger dry chicken

Marinate the boneless chicken with 8dry red chilly soaked in water then add 2inch ginger then add turmeric powder,salt then add lime juice and 1sp coconut oil(organic)all finely paste then marinate chicken for minimum 3hrs then with 1sp oil tawa fry and keep aside.now temper with 1sp oil then add curry leaves 4 finely choppe garlic then add 1 big onion then saute few minutes then add 1 capsicum saute it then add require salt then add chicken to pan gently mix all together.now your chicken ready to eat.you can also add crushed peper to the tempering.

Pepper dry fry

Marinate prawn with 2sp red chilly powder,1sp turmeric powder,then 1sp salt,then ginger garlic paste then add lime juice then add coconut oil then chopped coriander leaves mix all together marinate minimum 3hrs then take a pan add 1sp organic coconut oil when heated add 1sp sombu then add curry leave,slitted green chilli 2 then 4chopped garlic then 1big onion chopped saute few minutes then add marinate prawn along with that keep in low flame cover and cook for 10 minutes.now dry prawn fry ready to eat.

Simple Egg masala

Boil 4 eggs keep aside.in a pan add sesame pure oil 1 sp then add chopped big onion 1 then add chopped garlic 4 saute few minutes then add

Turmeric powder 1sp then add red chilli powder 1sp then add required salt saute all together then add chopped coriander.stuff with egg.now simple egg masala got ready to eat.
