Paleo Pumpkin Porridge

- 1/4 cup almond flour.

- 1 tbsp ground flax.

- 1 tbsp nut butter.

- 1/4 tsp vanilla.

- 1/2 cup almond milk.

- 3 tbsp pumpkin

- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice

Apple Spice Chia Pudding

1 can full fat coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp apple pie spice or cinnamon

5 tbsp chia seeds

1 apple

1 tsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pumpkin Spice Grain Free Granola: Egg Cups

- 1/4 cup cookies butternut squash

- 4 eggs

Bake 350F 10-12 minutes or until cooked through
